Founded in 2007 by George Hillhouse Sr., Refuge Insurance Advisors, LLC was built on a simple mission: helping people prepare for life’s storms with trusted guidance and genuine care.

What began in Cherokee County, Georgia as a local independent agent has grown into a nationwide advisory team licensed across many states throughout the U.S., serving individuals, families, seniors, and businesses with personalized insurance and retirement planning solutions.
Refuge Insurance Advisors is dedicated to an educational and relationship-focused approach. We offer a wide range of services, including health, life, and group insurance, as well as retirement planning and Social Security guidance through our Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA) services. Our goal is to empower clients to make informed decisions with confidence.
